I can not believe that this year is starting to come to an end, as we enter the holiday season I hope we all enter with gratitude in our hearts. While we all have had our trials over the course of the year, thankfulness is found in perspective. Gratitude is not limited to a time or place or circumstance, it is turning what we have in to enough. Let’s all open our eyes to world around us, and find the good in where we look.
With that being said, keeping a journal is a great place to jot down the things you are thankful for in your life. This month’s journal prompts encourage you to write a letter of gratitude, think of ways to give back to your community, and to give yourself a pat on the back for the things you have accomplished this year.

Remember that journaling can go beyond the days events, it can be a story of all the tiny pieces that make you, you. That’s where journal prompts come to serve as inspiration! They allow you to explore topics that you may not have thought of on your own.
