Before I started the monthly journal prompt series I wrote this post talking about the benefits journaling can have on your emotional well being. I think one of the best aspects of journaling is that you can make it whatever you want it to be, own it, it’s something 100% Y O U.
Whether that means drawing or painting the prompts or writing poems and short stories – fill your journal’s pages with a reflection of your inner self.
Each month I try to provide you with a variety of prompts – some can be list starters, or memory retrievers. Some are light-hearted and fun while others are thought-provoking to dig a little deeper in to your soul.
