My mom always was great about making my Easter basket fun and exciting. It was tradition in our house that we would get our first Spring outfit, I looked forward to it every year and couldn’t wait to see what the Easter bunny had brought me. Maybe it’s because I don’t have a sweet tooth, but candy never stuck out in my mind when it comes to Easter. Perhaps there were some in our Easter eggs?
