I’ve had a fantastic response to my brand new art print shop Eight Pepperberries Paperie + Gifts. Thank you to all who have checked it out, purchased a print, and shared with your friends. But let’s get down to business, showcasing your print (also great for photos/gallery walls).
If you would have asked me a few years ago what I thought of gold and brass I would have scrunched up my nose at you. Seriously, I don’t know what was wrong with me…brass and gold is gorgeous! I’ve fallen down the brass and gold rabbit hole and hopefully will never find my way out, ha! Every home item I’ve swooned over lately has had some sort of brass or gold element to it, like this brass shower head and handle and these natural brass hexagon knobs.
It’s safe to say that brass and gold are having a moment.
Framing your print is like the finishing touch of your art print, the cherry on top. Here’s a round-up of the best brass and gold frames you can find online.
Two styles I’m school girl crazy over – large gallery frames and floating frames. I proudly display the feather I was given by my photographer during my engagement photo session in this frame. The see through glass is so unique, I love the minimalistic feel of it.
If your art print is in a prominent spot in your home, you’ll want to go big with a gallery frame. A large, big mat really gives an 8×10 art print a custom look.

Also, don’t be afraid to kick it up a notch by mixing your frame metals. Your home should be a reflection of you and your unique style – let yourself shine through even the smallest pieces!
And to fill all those pretty brass and gold frames…
